Our Culture
In addition to our promise to invest sustainably, we strive to set high standards for ourselves as an ESG-AM in terms of sustainability. We live a culture of cohesion, team spirit, openness and professionalism.
Environment
We are committed to minimizing our own CO2 emissions: We keep travel to a minimum and use video conferencing for meetings. Together with recognized experts, our emissions are measured and compensated.
Social
Fairness is a central component of our corporate governance. A mandatory maximum pay ratio of 10:1 and focus on diversity in the company underline our beliefs. In addition, we donate 3% of sales to charities each year.
Governance
To avoid potential conflicts of interest, our Board of Directors is fully independent. With our full transparency we want to set new industry standards, among other things we will make annual reports publicly available.

The ESG-AM team brings many years of experience in the financial industry and broad professional diversification. We are characterized by passion for the topic of impact-oriented, sustainable investment and are motivated to steer money in the right direction for our clients.
Philipp Good
CEO
After five years as Performance Analyst with Credit Suisse Asset Management Philipp worked for more than 10 years with Fisch Asset Management. As portfolio manager he launched the High Yield, Emerging Markets and Global Corporate Bond strategies. During his last five years he had various roles, including head of Portfolio Management and most recently CEO and BoD Member. He started various ESG initiatives within Fisch Asset Management and was responsible for the UNPRI signatory. Philipp holds an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts; a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services and a Diploma in Leadership from ZHAW School of Management an Law.
Peter Jeggli
Head Portfolio Management
After 15 years as an Credit Analyst at Credit Suisse / Credit Suisse First Boston, Peter founded Independent Credit View AG, Zurich, in 2003, which is now one of the leading independent credit research companies. One decade later he moved from Head Credit Research at I-CV to an award-winning High Yield Manager at Fisch Asset Management. Peter has been a leading force behind ESG implementation in the investment processes and a member of the ESG committee. He has worked in London and New York as a Credit Analyst and visited the Credit Suisse International Bankers School in New York.
Marco Tognarini
COO
He has worked 19 years at Credit Suisse. After 4 years as an Performance Analyst at Credit Suisse Asset Management he has moved to the Private Banking, where he headed various departments. In the past 10 years his focus were the markets of Middle East & Africa. In 2017 he worked as COO Private Banking Africa & NRI before he was promoted to Market Head IWM Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked several years in London and Dubai. Marco has a Master of Arts in Management, Business, Management and Marketing from the University of Fribourg.
Robert Koch
CIO
Robert has over 14 years of experience in multi-asset/absolute return. After completing his Master's degree with majors in Investment Banking, Entrepreneurship, Mathematics and Statistics, he was the former Senior Portfolio Manager for the Fisch Asset Management Absolute Return Strategy and was instrumental in building and expanding the area. Prior professional experience includes Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Vienna and Union Investment Austria. In addition to being CIO and Portfolio Manager, he is now Chief Editor of the Investment Blog www.wallstreetcourier.com.
Paula Krol
Engagement Manager
Paula has over 7 years of experience in international cooperation, monitoring compliance with human rights standards, and implementing capacity-building projects. After completing a Master’s degree in Political Science, followed by a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Paula worked for international organizations such as the Council of Europe and the United Nations International Labour Office, where she was involved in multi-country projects promoting human rights, gender equality, and fair working conditions. Also, she has experience in the NGO sector.
Caroline De Leeuw den Bouter
Head Sustainability
Caroline de Leeuw den Bouter holds a Masters Degree in International Relations, Development Studies from Sciences Po Paris. During her studies, she gained a broad array of practical experiences in developing aid in the global South. Caroline worked for over 7 years as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger, focusing on renewable energy strategies, the planning and realization of large energy infrastructure projects, permitting and regulatory compliance. Subsequently, she supported large-scale energy infrastructure projects during the permitting phase as independent advisor. Caroline held the position of Head of Environmental and Social of Nord Stream 2 for over three years and was overall responsible for the project’s compliance with applicable ES Standards. Prior to joining ESG-AM, she provided project development assistance for companies preparing grant applications for the EU Innovation Fund for carbon reduction projects, on behalf of Roland Berger and the EIB.
